Every good project begins with a conversation. Before we quote anything, we want to see your property, hear what you have in mind and understand what matters to you. That is the purpose of our visit: to listen, to measure and to give you honest options.
After the visit, you receive a written estimate that lists what is included, the materials we propose and the steps in the work. If your project is a design project, such as a patio, outdoor kitchen or fireplace, we bring sketches and samples so you can imagine the result. There is no pressure to decide on the spot, and no fee for the visit. Whether you are comparing options for a small repair or planning an entire backyard, a well-run first visit saves time. You will know what is possible, what the work involves and what to expect before you decide anything.
We walk the property with you, take measurements and photos and ask about your goals, your schedule and your budget range.
For bigger projects, we sketch layouts and bring samples of brick, stone and pavers so you can compare real materials.
